RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be approved.

 

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and included materials must remain intact
  • Items must not show signs of wear, alteration, or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale:

  • Pre-sale or made-to-order pieces
  • Custom or modified items
  • Limited production releases (where specified)

These items are produced with intention and cannot be restocked.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact customer support with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Exchange or refund request
  2. You will receive return authorization instructions
  3. The item must be shipped back with tracking

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If a return label is provided, the cost may be deducted from the refund

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and trackable return delivery.

 

REFUNDS

Once received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take up to 10–14 business days
  • Banking timelines may extend total processing time

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • Exchanges may only be processed within the same shipping region
  • If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping
  • Duties, taxes, and customs-related costs

Failure to properly declare a return may result in additional charges deducted from the refund.

RISK & LIABILITY

Asher Levine is not responsible for:

  • Returns lost in transit
  • Items damaged during return shipping

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

MULTIPLE ITEMS / SPLIT RETURNS

If items from the same order are returned separately:

  • Each return may be processed individually
  • Refund timelines may vary
