RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be approved.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and included materials must remain intact
- Items must not show signs of wear, alteration, or damage
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale:
- Pre-sale or made-to-order pieces
- Custom or modified items
- Limited production releases (where specified)
These items are produced with intention and cannot be restocked.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
- Contact customer support with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Exchange or refund request
- You will receive return authorization instructions
- The item must be shipped back with tracking
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If a return label is provided, the cost may be deducted from the refund
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and trackable return delivery.
REFUNDS
Once received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take up to 10–14 business days
- Banking timelines may extend total processing time
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Exchanges may only be processed within the same shipping region
- If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping
- Duties, taxes, and customs-related costs
Failure to properly declare a return may result in additional charges deducted from the refund.
RISK & LIABILITY
Asher Levine is not responsible for:
- Returns lost in transit
- Items damaged during return shipping
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
MULTIPLE ITEMS / SPLIT RETURNS
If items from the same order are returned separately:
- Each return may be processed individually
- Refund timelines may vary
