  • What makes AL products different?
    • Many of our products are cut-to-order in our New York studio where we give artisanal attention into each process. Stock pieces will ship within 2 business days, while made-to-measure items may take up to 4 weeks for production.
  • Can I customize my item?
    • If your item is cut-to-order, you may customize features such as fabrication and pocket details for an additional fee. Please send your requests in our comments section and we will reply with an estimate.
  • Can I visit the studio?

  • My piece has a defect, what should I do?
    • All items undergo stringent quality checks before shipment, hoiwever, in the unlikely case your item has a defect or damage, please email us your order number and images of the defect to within 14 days of delivery. Return ship your item back with the provided label for a prompt repair.
  • What is your return policy?
    • Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please fill out our item return page and ship back using the return shipment label.
    • All bespoke is final sale and comes with a 1 year warranty.
